Participants will learn sideline cheers and chants and half-time performance. Participants will cheer with the Hilton Head High Cheer and Dance teams and perform during half-time. Participants will practice January 24th from 4:00 to 5:30 pm @ the HHIHS cafeteria. Participants will cheer and perform January 26th @ the Hilton Head vs. Bluffton women's game @ 6:00 pm. Participants must register by 1/12/2024 to guarantee correct t-shirt size. Please bring/wear: water bottle and sneakers.

Frank Holland, ran track for Clemson University and has coach for over 20 years. Corey Taylor, ran track for University of South Carolina and has coach for over 14 years. Jeremy Press collegiate decathlete.

Tormenta FC Academy is hosting Christmas Soccer Camp at Barker Field where all kids will have fun, make friends, and learn soccer skills. We look forward to having your family work with our master coaches in an amazing environment for learning soccer. The lead instructor is Kian Brownlee who is the Director of Coaching at Tormenta FC Academy.
Kian Brownlee has over twenty years of experience in working with kids in a camp setting where they have fun, develop a love for the game, and gain skills. The kids will love working with Kian and his staff.

Rebecca discovered her love of teaching ‘Yoga for Kids’ at KIS International School, an IB World School in Thailand. She has a Master’s in Education, studied yoga in India, and is certified in Kid’s Yoga as well as Hatha, Kundalini, and Therapeutic. Rebecca specializes in customizing classes for a wide range of students — beginner to advanced yogis welcome — Namaste!

Fitness Classroom 2 | $125
New students must pay for a uniform. Through this program, you will learn self-confidence, a mixture of cardiovascular endurance, strength training, and flexibility exercises. This will improve reflexes and coordination while increasing strength and stamina. Overall fitness will be achieved.

Jeffery Estrada moved here 4 years ago. is the president of sc usa wrestling and has coached many kids to national titles and olympic national teams.

NFL Flag football is designed for participants to learn how to play flag football in a fun and energetic league setting. Volunteer coaches will lead each team through practices and games. The program will begin in December with general skill sessions for all kids. Island Rec staff and volunteer coaches will assist with teaching the basics of dribbling, shooting, passing, and rebounding. Kids will be placed on teams before Christmas and play games in January and February on Friday evenings.

This is a fundamental skill-based learning program. Kids will be taught basic skills of the sport including dribbling, passing, and shooting in a 30-minute period.
Instructors will be Island Rec Staff employees and volunteer coaches with proper basketball knowledge.

This program is for youth novices, beginners, and intermediate players. Beginners progress rapidly by starting with small racquets and low-compression balls. More experienced players are challenged with drills and games based on level. All players receive a combination of technical instruction and fun gameplay to exercise skills. Racquets will be provided to those who do not have them.
Lead coach is local pro Royce Silvan, USPTR certified tennis professional. Our partner for this program, Public Tennis Inc., offers clinics and competitive play opportunities for adults, children and Special Olympics athletes
Please bring/wear: proper shoes, rackets provided if needed

Boys in middle and high school will meet every Tuesday & Thursday evening at Bristol Sports arena to practice and play box lacrosse. John Friday and Rick Saba will lead this program
