Youth Tennis (formerly 10 & Under Tennis) is a USTA and USPTA backed tennis instruction program specifically designed to focus on kids having fun in a group setting while learning to play tennis. This is achieved by using size-appropriate equipment (smaller courts and racquets, a lower net, lower compression tennis balls), and incorporating games and exercises that allow them to attain realistic goals while working toward actually playing and rallying with their peers. Providing a fun, exciting environment that makes the kids look forward to coming back is key to the program's success.
From Lou, the instructor: I have been a Unites States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) member since 2009, with a specialized license in Cardio Tennis and Youth Tennis. I also provide private lessons and group clinics for all ages as well as custom and hybrid racquet stringing services.
