Running: Conditioning and Fitness

The program will focus on running technique, stretching drills, nutrition, and overall conditioning. The program will be held at Jarvis Park on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 6:45 AM-7:30 AM and begin on Monday, June 13th and run until Wednesday, August 3rd. The cost will be $50 per child and will include a tee-shirt, Gatorade and supplies at practice, etc.

The program will be under the direction of Ben Wade, middle school track coach and former high school and college runner, and Max Mayo and Bill Wrightson, distance coaches at Hilton Head High School with over 50 years combined experience.
