The Lowcountry Heat Fall League is an off-season league for boys and girls in grades 6-12. The 2019 Fall League runs from September through October. This league allows you to play with up and coming middle school and high school athletes, and a great way to sharpen your skills heading into basketball season.  Each Sunday includes an hour of skills training from Jesse Eddy Athletic Training or other guest trainers, and two hours of game play.  League members will also have access to a private 90-minute weekly open gym. Cost is $60 - which includes t-shirt.

Leagues: The Fall League will have separate boys and girls leagues. Each will have two divisions: a middle school division (6th-8th) and a high school division (9th-12th). Each division is expected to have 4-6 teams, with each team having 4-6 players. All games will be played at the Island Rec Center.

Rosters: All teams will be selected by the Lowcountry Heat coaches. Each team will have players of varying levels of ability, with the goal of every team being as competitive as possible. Each team will consist of 4-6 players. Each division is limited to six teams, with each team having a maximum of 6 players, so each division is limited to 36 registered players.

Gameplay: All games will be played 3v3 format on the side baskets. Each game will be 16 minutes, with a running clock. Every team will play three games each Sunday. Subs will occur every 4:00 of gameplay, all players will play equally as assigned by our substitution chart. Each court will have 1 referee/scorekeeper.
