Wednesdays from 6:15-7:00pm | Island Rec Center Gym
~$50 a month (price depends upon how many Wednesdays are in the month)

New students must pay for a uniform. Through this program, you will learn self confidence, a mixture of cardiovascular endurance, strength training and flexibility exercises. This will improve reflexes and coordination while increasing strength and stamina. Overall fitness will be achieved.
