The camp consists of ladder work (agility, Coach Chava will be running most camps and most Summer Training. 

Coach Chava has been with Tormenta FC/StormSA for about 3 years now. He has his USSF E License and his Goal Keeper I & II Diplomas. He played at Hilton Head High School and is a homegrown soccer player!    

Please bring/wear Soccer Ball, Water, Shin Guards, Cleats, Athletic Apparel

Dress in Cheer Attire for the Day's Theme!
Monday: Neon Day
Tuesday: Super Hero Day
Wednesday: Pink Day
Thursday: Spirit Day (Blue and White)

Participants will learn basic cheer movements, stunts, and skills. There will be a daily craft session during the program. We will cheer for the Seahawk basketball camp on Wednesday and the Pep Rally on Thursday.

My name is Annette Lee. I coached the HHIHS cheer team for several years and took a few years off to be with family. I also spent 5 years coaching cheer for Upward. I am coming back on this year to coach the competitive cheer squad. This is a great summer program. Many of the current HHIHS cheerleaders attended this camp when they were younger. My daughter participated in these camps for 5 years along with her best friend. Both girls made the varsity competition team in 7th grade. 

If you aren't in town for this camp, please join us in the fall for out "Friday Night Lights" cheer camp. Participants will perform on the football field, during the half-time of a home game.

Seahawks Basketball Camp is for boys and girls who are interested in learning the fundamentals of basketball from the HHIHS basketball players and coaches. Campers will be grouped according to their age and ability.

Sean Rochester is entering his 11th season coaching basketball in Hilton Head and 4th season as the Lady Seahawks' varsity girls head coach. Ken Updike is entering his 18th season coaching basketball in Hilton Head and 10th season as the Seahawks' varsity boys head coach.

These sessions will be designed to increase an individual’s fundamental lacrosse skills, field awareness, and game IQ. No experience required.

Lax Dog Camps for boys and girls will rotate through various stations, learning different skills. Due to the varying rules for boy and girls, two camps will run along side each other and not play together.

Junior Golf Camps include the Fundamentals of Golf to include: Grip, Stance, Posture, Alignment and Ball Position. We will work on Putting, Chipping, Sand Play and Full Swing Instruction. Thursday's camp includes 2 Hours of on Course Play.    

Greg MacDonell has been a PGA certified Golf Professional for 31 years and has been the Director of Instruction for the Island Recreation Centers Junior Golf Program for the last 15 years.     

All Junior Golf Clubs are provided free of charge through a generous grant from Damien Hayes and the British Open Pub. Drinks and snacks are also provided.

Held at Hilton Head High School Track

The Fast Lane Track Club welcomes all skill levels of youth runners to compete in the AAU Track & Field session. Meets are held throughout Florida, Georgia and South Carolina.  Running track provides the benefit of cardiovascular health and increased lung capacity, just at it provides greater endurance physically, along with improved speed, agility, and overall athleticism, while having fun in a team atmosphere.    

Practices will be lead by Coach Kenya and Coach Palmer.  Both coaches have track and field experiences.    

Please wear Comfortable running shoes and athletic attire for track practices.  Running Spikes for track meets.
