Each athlete will learn proper lifting techniques in Olympic and supplemental core exercises. Each day the program will contain warmups, plyometrics, linear and lateral speed training, weight training, agilities, and conditioning. This is a college style program, and is the most comprehensive you will find in the area.
About the instructor: Liz "Coach Proc" Proctor-Riley has been a strength coach for over 20 years. Her experience ranges from youth, collegiate, and professional athletes, including NBA, NHL, NFL, MLB, and the WNBA. She came to the Island 10 years ago from URI where she was the Director of Strength and Conditioning and became the first woman in the country to be Head Football Strength Coach.
