Participants will practice 10/23 from 4 to 5:30 at Hilton Head Island High School. Arrive by 6:30 pm 10/25. Participants will then perform with the cheer and dance team at the pre-game show.
10/23 practice from 4:00 to 5:30 pm - Participants will learn cheers and pom dance to perform on Friday Night.
10/25 6:30 to 7:30 pm - Participants will perform pre-game with the cheer and dance team.
Led by Seahawk Cheer Head Coach, Annette Lee. She has been Head Coach for 14 years.

Jesse Eddy, Hilton Head native, and local basketball standout played at Armstrong Atlantic State University before going on to the European summer league. As a starting point guard, he led his team to a championship before returning to his home here on Hilton Head to work with developing players. Jesse uses his background in biology, physical therapy, and personal training and his deep passion for and knowledge of the game of basketball to train the next generation of athletes into the best players they can be.

Join us again on the pitch as part of the Island Rec's largest youth program for the fall season! Teams will be formed and assigned to volunteer coaches, who will coordinate practices and compete in weekly games including playoffs.
Program is led by Volunteer coaches who enjoy the aspects of coaching and the sport of soccer
Please bring/wear: shin guards and non-metal cleated soccer shoes

Introduction to Volleyball by learning the basics of passing, setting, attacking, and serving. Participants will work on all skills of the game and progress to learning how to play the game in the final few sessions.
It is led by Chuck Mullen, Island Rec Athletics Superintendent and former 19-year collegiate volleyball coach along with local high school and club coaches with a wealth of knowledge about the sport.

Get your "kicks" in early and often in our introductory developmental soccer program. Kids will spend each weekly session learning the basics of ball control, dribbling, shooting, passing, throw-ins. We will spend the first few sessions working on individual skills and progress to gameplay the last few sessions.
Program is led by Island Rec Athletics Staff members and any interested volunteer coaches who would like to help teach skills.
