What brought you to Island Rec? - I live really close by and if I went to another gym I'd practically have to drive by!

What is your favorite part about Island Rec? - The staff is always so friendly and I like that it's never too crowded.

What is your preferred type of exercise here? - I really like weights and circuits but a good long cardio is a great way to clear your head!

Do you have a favorite local restaurant? - Anywhere I can sit outside!

Where were you born? - Los Angeles, CA

What do you do for a living? - I have my own business transcribing minutes for HOA board meetings.

Do you have any hobbies? If so, what? - I love traveling, kayaking, going to the beach, and walking my dogs.
