Join Island Rec’s Small Group Training Class designed to help participants perfect their form and improve overall training technique. Each session focuses on a specific area of fitness: Monday targets cardio, Tuesday emphasizes strength, Wednesday hones in on form, and Thursday combines all elements for a well-rounded workout.

With only 4-8 participants per class, each individual receives personalized attention to ensure movements are performed safely and effectively. Suitable for all fitness levels, the class provides modifications and advancements to meet varying needs. Each 45-minute session includes a warm-up, demo, workout, finisher, and stretch.

Led by Arleigh Thorp. Arleigh is the Fitness and Membership Director at the Island Rec Center, bringing 20 years of experience in personal and group training. She is passionate about Small Group Training classes, where participants can enjoy the energy of a group while still working at their own pace and level. With her extensive background, Arleigh is dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals and have a little fun while they're at it. 

Not required, but it is suggested that you bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel.
